Summary:

This manga follows the story of genius bartender Ryuu Sasakura, who’s drinks were lauded as “The Glass of God.”  He is the winner of Europe’s prestigious Cocktail Contest, and the story follows him as he works through various bars in Ginza.  No matter where he worked, troubled customers would show up, and Ryuu would provide his service to help them resolve their often highly emotional problems.  Although he’s skills and perception are at the level of a professional bartender, he still has much to learn.  Unlike the anime where Ryuu solves the problems of others, the manga also demonstrates how Ryuu himself grows to become a better bartender.
