Thoughts (Spoiler Alert):

Sasakura totally asked for it this chapter.  There’s absolutely no reason to not give Tsubasa a call from the hospital.  Even if he didn’t call then, he easily could’ve called after he got to Kurata’s bar and started helping out.  I think for someone who’s also considerate of others, this is very unusual.  Sure you can argue that he holds a higher standard for Tsubasa, but it’s just common decency at this point.  Just because of that, I really couldn’t get into this chapter.  It feels like the author couldn’t think of a better way to create a “misunderstanding” between Sasakura and Tsubasa.  It was just too weak.

    Thanks for the chapter!

Though, the line from Tsubasa to Sasakura about how hospitals have public phones means that Sasakura either forgot or didn’t know that. So even though it’s kind of a cop-out excuse, I do see that the author at least tried to explain why Sasakura didn’t call from the hospital, since he had to turn his cell phone off and perhaps didn’t realize that he would end up staying at the hospital for as long as he did (which seems to have been multiple hours?)

Yes, but Sasakura was later found at Bar Kurata, choring away, which seems to me like he had plenty of opportunity after leaving the hospital to give Tsubasa a call. The only reason he didn’t is that he totally forgot about it after he left the hospital.
